In Edinburg, Texas, a group of friends founded the regional Mexican music ensemble Grupo Frontera in 2019. A group of artists from Nuevo León and Tamaulipas with strong ties to their Mexican heritage, the band combines tradition and modernity, catapulting them to fame by enthralling internet audiences on TikTok and YouTube.

Grupo Frontera Collaborations
Their rendition of Morat's "No Se Va" sparked a viral sensation on TikTok, thrusting the band into the limelight. That led to collaboration opportunities with established Latin artists such as Fuerza Regida, which led to chart-topping hits like "Bebé Dame," propelling Grupo Frontera onto the Billboard Hot Latin Songs charts and securing their foothold in mainstream success.
As accolades piled up and their fan base swelled, Grupo Frontera reached new heights with their epic collaboration "un x100to" alongside the King of Latin Trap, Bad Bunny, clinching their first top-five hit on the Billboard Hot 100. Grupo Frontera also had an ambitious collaboration with the young Mexican phenom, Peso Pluma, in "Tullum," which peaked in the top 6 in the US Hot Latin Songs Billboard.
