In January of 2024, against his wishes, past projects of Morgan Wallen were released under the album Stand Alone (10th Anniversary Deluxe Edition). Wallen publicly condemns the project, describing it as a “gross” and “greedy” action that took away his artistic control. To fight against this, Morgan Wallen released a re-recorded song: Spin You Around (1/24). He also relayed that he is currently working on new music, stating that fans will hear about it directly from him when it’s ready.
