Shinedown Dance, Kid, Dance Tour 2025

Shinedown just went on the road to start a 2025 tour where the American hard rockers will play a spring and a summer leg in the US, which will be the group’s biggest to date and span at least 35 dates. The Dance, Kid, Dance Tour kicked off on April 25 in Des Moines, Iowa, and is scheduled to end on August 30 in Memphis.
The Shinedown 2025 Tour will feature Morgan Wade opening all shows with alternative icons Bush and Beartooth, the backup bands some nights. Lead vocalist Brent Smith and Shinedown recently released their first new material in almost three years in the form of two singles, “Three Six Five” and “Dance, Kid, Dance.”
Teaming up with Musicians On Call, Shinedown will donate $1 from every ticket sold on the Dance, Kid, Dance Tour to this wonderful group that brings live and recorded music to the bedside of the healthcare industry to patients, caregivers, and families.

Who Will be Supporting Shinedown on the 2025 Tour?
For the spring shows, Beartooth will be backing up Shinedown on the Dance, Kid, Dance Tour. Beartooth is an American alternative rock group hailing from Columbus, Ohio, where it was formed by vocalist Caleb Shomo in 2012. The group—Shomo and a four-piece band—has five studio albums.
In the summer concerts, Gavin Rossdale and Bush will support the tour. Bush has had some big hits like “Glycerine,” “Machinehead,” and “Glycerine” and makes these Shinedown tickets worth pursuing, to be able to see three such talented acts all in one night.
Country singer Morgan Wade will be with Shinedown throughout the tour as the opening act. A 30-year-old native of Floyd, Virginia, Wade was also the opening act for Alanis Morissette on The Triple Moon Tour back in 2024.
Shinedown Also Performing at Spring, Summer Festivals
Shinedown will also be performing at the Welcome to Rockville festival at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida on Thursday, May 15, along with acts like 3 Doors Down, Halestorm, Linkin Park, Green Day, and Korn at the four-day heavy music affair.
On May 18, Shinedown will be at Boardwalk Walk in Ocean City, Maryland.
Shinedown heads to Europe to the Rock For the People festival at Festivalpark Letiště, Hradec Králové, Czech Republic on June 11 before heading to the Download Festival at Castle Donington, England on June 14 and Islington Assembly Hall in London on June 17.
Later this summer, Shinedown will be at the Rocklahoma Festival at the Rockin Red Dirt Ranch in Pryor, Oklahoma on Friday, August 29 with performers like Alice Cooper, Five Finger Death Punch and Breaking Benjamin.

Shinedown Dance, Kid, Dance 2025 Tour Spring Leg Details
In late April, Shinedown opened up the spring leg of this Dance, Kid, Dance tour at the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa, on Friday, April 25, before heading to Omaha, Nebraska (April 26) and Wichita, Kansas (April 28).
The tour headed east in early May for shows on Toledo, Ohio (May 1), Lexington, Kentucky (May 2), Little Rock, Arkansas (May 4), New Orleans (May 6), Peoria, illinois (May 9), Nashville, Tennessee (May 10) before ending on Tuesday, May 13 at The Legacy Arena at The BJCC in Birmingham, Alabama with the 10th of 10 spring shows.
Shinedown Dance, Kid, Dance 2025 Tour Summer Leg Details
In July, Shinedown will return to the road for the summer leg of the 2025 tour, starting at the TD Garden in Boston on July 19, followed by Madison Square Garden in New York on July 20. Pittsburgh (July 22), Columbus, Ohio (July 23), Detroit (July 25), Milwaukee, Wisconsin (July 26), Minneapolis (July 28), and Kansas City, Missouri (July 29).
In August, Shinedown heads to Phoenix and the Footprint Center (August 2), Sacramento, California (August 5), the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon (August 7), Seattle (August 8), Salt Lake City (August 9), and Ball Arena in Denver (August 12).
Shinedown travels to the Midwest for nights in St Louis (August 15), Chicago (Rosemont), and the Allstate Arena (August 18), Indianapolis (August 18), Cleveland (August 19), and the Lenovo Center in Raleigh, North Carolina (August 21).
The summer leg wraps up with dates in Greenville, South Carolina (August 23), Atlanta (August 24), the Toyota Center in Houston (August 27), Fort Worth, Texas (August 28), with the tentative tour closer on Saturday, August 30 at the FedExForum in Memphis.
How Long Are Shinedown Concerts?
Based on Shinedown’s information from Setlist.fm, you can expect their concerts to typically be between 2 and 3 hours. There are generally 16-20 songs on the Shinedown setlist with around five encores. With two backup acts for all dates on the Dance, Kid, Dance tour, expect shows in the three-hour range.
The opening night for the Shinedown Tour on Friday, April 25, at the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa, saw a total of 18 songs performed.

About Shinedown
American rock group Shinedown was formed in 2001 by singer Brent Smith after the breakup of his previous band called Dreve when Smith, who was still under contract with Atlantic Records, brought in the original lineup of Zach Myers (guitar), Brad Stewart (bass), and Barry Kerch (drums).
Smith, Myers, and Kerch are still Shinedown band members, while the aptly named Eric Bass replaced Stewart on bass. Shinedown has seven studio albums, with their last being Planet Zero (2022).
No one on the Billboard Mainstream Rock charts has had more No. 1 singles than Shinedown (20), and all of the group’s singles have charted on at least one Billboard tracking chart, and all of their singles have made it to at least No. 5 on the chart.
On the Greatest All Time Mainstream Rock artists chart released on June 3, 2021, to celebrate the Mainstream Rock chart’s 40th anniversary, Billboard ranked Shinedown at No. 1. Worldwide, the group has sold over 10 million records and counting.
The group’s biggest hit is “Second Chances,” off the album The Sound of Madness. The song reached No. 3 on the Mainstream Top 40 chart and No. 1 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks, Adult Top 40, and Alternative Songs charts.
