About ROA

ROA is the stage name of Gilberto Figueroa, a Puerto Rican singer and songwriter from Naranjito, born in 1996, who works in a romantic strain of Latin trap and reggaeton shaded with R&B, soul, dancehall and drum and bass. He began releasing music in earnest around 2020 and broke through in 2022 with the singles "Bellakeame," "Pa Cuando" and "JETSKI," the last of which drew a remix featuring Bryant Myers, Omar Courtz and Dei V. His debut album Private Suite (Vol. 1) followed in 2023 and has since grown into an ongoing series several volumes deep. Prolific by nature, he spent 2025 putting out roughly a single a month, and he headlines a United States tour through late 2026.
