SiM, short for Silence iz Mine, is a Japanese band from Shonan in Kanagawa Prefecture, formed in 2004. The lineup is vocalist MAH, guitarist SHOW-HATE, bassist SIN, and drummer GODRi, and their sound fuses metalcore and nu metal with reggae, dub, ska, and punk. International audiences found them through anime tie-ins, particularly "The Rumbling" and "Under the Tree," both written for Attack on Titan: The Final Season. Signed to Pony Canyon in Japan and UNFD abroad, the band also hosts the annual DEAD POP FESTiVAL, which drew 15,000 people per day in 2026.
