AC/DC PWR/UP World Tour 2026 Information

Tour Name: PWR/UP World Tour

North American Tour Dates 2026: July 11-September 29

It started on May 17, 2024, in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, and now two years and $91.1 million later, the AC/DC PWR Up World Tour continues on with AC/DC out on this sixth leg in 2026, which began in South America and is now in North America for Mexican dates.

The US and Canadian part of the Power Up Tour starts on July 11 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, and will end on September 29 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia as the ageless AC/DC continue to play stadiums well into their 70s.

In the 18 US and Canada AC/DC shows, the group will play in eight NFL stadiums (Panthers, Raiders, Broncos, 49ers, Texans, Falcons, Giants/Jets, Eagles), four CFL stadiums (Elks, Lions, Alouettes, Blue Bombers), and three NCAAF stadiums (Ohio State, Wisconsin, Notre Dame).

Are you ready for a good time? The Australian quintet will be backed up by The Pretty Reckless on the tour in support of the rockers’ 17th studio album, Power Up, released back in 2020, and a tribute to the late Malcolm Young, who co-wrote all songs on the album.

AC/DC and the PWR/UP World Tour opened up 2026 in South America in late February with stops in São Paulo, Brazil (February 24, February 26), Santiago, Chile (March 11, March 15), and Buenos Aires, Argentina (March 23, March 27, March 31).

Angus and the gang played the first North American location of Mexico City, Mexico, at Estadio GNP Seguros on April 7, April 11, and April 15. Rumors are Brian Johnson—who returned to the group in 2024—and AC/DC will tour again in 2027 or release a live album.

The average AC/DC ticket price on the market right now is $311.34, with the typical price (median) at $245.30 for the PWR/UP World Tour*. Come on, come on, lovin' for the money, Come on, come on, listen to the money talk...*

The cheapest ticket to be found is at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on August 13, where an AC/DC concert ticket can be had for an amazing low price of just $315.04 here at TicketX, where you are your own ticket broker.

About AC/DC

One of the greatest acts in rock history and the pride of Australia, AC/DC was formed in 1973 in Sydney by founding members and brothers Angus Young and Malcolm Young. Malcolm sadly passed away in 2017 after suffering for several years from dementia.

No group has had a better first song on a debut album than AC/DC with “It’s A Long Way To The Top (If You Want to Rock and Roll)” leading off High Voltage and the band’s meteoric career, which had productive commercial peaks in both the 70s and the 90s.

The band name “AC/DC” came from the AC adapter found on sewing machines. AC/DC is an abbreviation for “Alternating Current” and “Direct Current” electricity. The band’s logo was designed by Gerard Huerta in 1977 and first appeared on the international version of Let There Be Rock.

Including original Australian releases and international versions, AC/DC has delivered 17 studio albums in all and is one of the best-selling artists of all-time, selling more than 200 million records worldwide (and still counting) in over five decades of rocking. Ride on.

In 2003, AC/DC was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio, by Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler. A biopic on former AC/DC singer Bon Scott, called The Kid From Harvest Road (Halo Films), was planned but seems to have been scrapped.
