American Christian worship singer-songwriter and guitarist Brandon Lake announced his current King of Hearts Tour on April 6, 2025, in support of his fifth and latest studio album, King of Hearts, which was released on June 13, 2025.

This is the fifth concert tour the 35-year-old Charleston, South Carolina native has embarked on and will consist of 48 shows from October 2, 2025, to May 2, 2026, with Franni Cash and Pat Barrett opening up for Lake on select dates.

The tour kicked off on October 2, 2025, at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, Florida, and will come to an end next year on May 1-2, 2026, with a pair of concerts at Credit One Stadium in Charleston, West Virginia, where tickets can now be found for as low as $66.

Within its first week of release, King of Hearts rose to No. 7 on the charts, to No. 3 in Top Album Sales, and to No. 30 in the Top Streaming Albums, and has been the highest Christian album debut so far of 2025.

King of Hearts also hit No. 1 in the Top Christian Albums, Top Rock & Alternative Albums, and the Top Rock Albums. The first four singles off the record were the successful “That’s Who I Praise,” “Hard Fought Hallelujah,” I Know a Name,” and “Sevens.”

Lake recently performed at the Charlie Kirk memorial service at State Farm Stadium in suburban Phoenix (Glendale), Arizona, on September 21, 2025, delivering a stirring rendition of his beautiful song “Gratitude,” which you can see below.

Brandon Lake hard fought Hallelujah

“Hard Fought Hallelujah” has quickly become one of the most emotionally resonant moments in Brandon Lake’s live shows. The song leans into the idea of faith that isn’t polished or easy, but earned through struggle, doubt, and perseverance. In concert, it often lands as a quiet-to-powerful moment, giving the crowd space to reflect before building into a collective release that feels deeply personal for many fans.

Brandon Lake and Jelly Roll

The connection between Brandon Lake and Jelly Roll has drawn attention for how naturally their worlds overlap, despite coming from different genres. Both artists are known for openly addressing personal struggles, redemption, and healing in their music, which has resonated strongly with audiences across faith and mainstream spaces. Their mutual respect and public support have sparked interest in potential collaborations, highlighting how honest storytelling can bridge the gap between worship music and modern country-hip-hop influences.

Who Are the Opening Acts for Brandon Lake?

For the King of Hearts Tour (2025–2026), opening acts can vary by city and date. Across many stops, Pat Barrett has served as the primary opening act, often performing a dedicated set before joining Brandon Lake later in the show for several collaborative songs.

On select dates, Franni Cash has also appeared as an opening performer. In addition, some shows include special guest appearances or extended worship segments, meaning the lineup may differ slightly depending on the venue.

As with most tours, opening acts are subject to change, so fans are encouraged to check their specific tour date for the most up-to-date details.

About Brandon Lake

Born Michael Brandon Lake on June 21, 1999, in Dallas, Texas, Lake is a Christian worship singer, songwriter, and guitarist. Lake used to be a member of Bethel Music and Maverick City Music, but now writes songs at Seacoast Church in Charleston, South Carolina.

The 35-year-old Lake started his recording career through a crowdfunding campaign in 2015. The successful campaign helped him raise funds to produce an album, which became his first independent release back in 2016.

Lake signed with Bethel Music in 2019 and received a GMA Dove Award for his songwriting contributions. He released his second studio album in 2020, and it went to number six on the Christian Album charts.

His third album, Help! (2022) was all about mental health. Lake grew up in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where his father was a pastor. He developed a passion for the guitar as a child, as he taught himself to play using YouTube. He helped the worship team at his church and was later hired as a worship leader for the church’s college ministry.

Brandon’s wife is Brittany Lake and the couple celebrated their 14th anniversary in February 2025 and he has dedicated the song “Almond Eyes” to her. The two have three sons and still live in Charleston where he still sometimes preaches at the Seacoast Church.
