Who is Eason Chan?
Eason Chan Yick Shun, better known by his stage name Eason Chan, is an actor, producer, as well as vocalist. He was born on July 27, 1974, in Hong Kong and became well-known for his distinctive Cantopop, Mandarin pop, and alternative music fusion. His remarkable music career began in 1996 with his breakthrough album Gazing.
Chan rose to prominence as one of Hong Kong's most adored musicians with a string of his blockbuster albums, including Special Thanks To..., U87, and Don't Want to Let Go. He also became the most-streamed artist in Hong Kong on Spotify from 2016 to 2021. Chan was also placed sixth in the Forbes China Celebrity list in 2013.

While a show was planned in Bangkok, Thailand, it was recently canceled due to safety concerns—a decision prompted by a recent kidnapping incident near the Thailand-Myanmar border involving a Chinese actor. However, Eason Chan will continue his world tour, FEAR AND DREAMS, in China. Replacement shows have been scheduled at the Greater Bay Area International Sports and Cultural Center in Foshan, China, and HUAXI LIVE·Yudong in Chongqing, China. These replacement dates come as part of the ongoing tour, especially following last year's shows where he fractured his jaw.
