Step by Step Guide to Selling Tickets on TicketX

Listing Tickets

1. Sign up to TicketX

   

2. Navigate to Sell Tickets on TicketX

   

3. Search for the performer or event name of the tickets you'd like to sell

   

4. Select the corresponding event to access the ticket listing page

   

5. Fill out form

   1. You need to add a Valid Payout Info, Address, and Personal Information.

      

6. Fill out the listing form to complete the ticket listing process

   1. Tip: Make sure you set a good price so you can attract buyers.

      

7. Promote Your Listing (Optional)

   1. If you are to selling tickets at the last minute, try posting it on social media with the ticket selling link. By promoting a ticket listing, buyers will be less skeptical and more likely to buy the tickets, given that they are reasonably priced.

Transferring Tickets

1. To transfer tickets to the buyer select the sold tickets from "Profile" > "Sales"

      1. Confirm the buyer's e-mail and name listed.

      2. Transfer the tickets to the buyer through the designated ticket transfer platform (Ticketmaster, Seatgeak, etc.).

      3. Once the transfer is completed, click the "I have transferred my tickets" button.

      4. The buyer will be notified through an e-mail that the tickets have been transferred through a third-party platform.

   2. Mobile Transfer

      1. For e-tickets, upload the PDF file; for QR codes, upload the screenshot file directly on TicketX.

      2. Once the upload is completed, click the "Send my tickets to buyer" button.

      3. The buyer will be notified through an e-mail that the files have been updated.

   3. Paper

      1. Confirm the buyer's shipping address and ship the tickets.

         1. Please allow sufficient time for the tickets to arrive before the event date.

      2. Once you have shipped the tickets, click "I have shipped my tickets".

      3. The buyer will be notified through an e-mail that the tickets have been shipped.

Getting Paid after Selling Ticket

After 5-7 business days from the event’s end date, you can request a payout for your sales.
