Oakland Soul (full name: Oakland Soul Sports Club) is planning to start a future women’s professional soccer team that is planning to join the USL Super League (USLS), a new competitor to the NWSL, which currently represents the top level of women’s soccer in the United States. Based on their current Oakland Roots women’s development team (USL W League), the Oakland Soul has not yet established a set date to join the USLS, but it will likely be in 2025 at the earliest. No tickets to Oakland Soul tickets will be available until the team officially joins the USL Super League, but rest assured that TicketX will have tickets the moment that they are released!

With the team’s current home at Merritt College judged inadequate in terms of size and facilities, the Oakland Soul are planning to use cavernous Oakland Coliseum (home now to nothing but the ghosts of the departed Oakland A’s and Oakland Raiders) until their new stadium is ready.
