Built on the northern wing of the Purdue University Campus in West Lafayette, Indiana 47906 US, is the iconic Ross Ade Stadium. It is stadium named after two of its major sponsors David E. Ross, former president of the Board of Trustees. As well as playwright and humorist, George Ade. Dedicated in 1924, in a game between Purdue Boilermakers football team and an intrastate opponent.
The stadium was built as a replacement for the age-long Stuart Field. With an initial seating capacity of 13,500, the stadium went through a $70 million renovation in 2001 by Purdue University. Which pushed its seating capacity to approximately 62, 500. Over the years, more renovations have been carried out on the stadium adding more beauty to it.

The Purdue Boilermakers football season would kick off from August 30, 2024, until November 16, 2024. On the 31st of August, the Purdue Boilermakers will be playing against Indiana State Sycamores. On September 14, the Purdue Boilermakers will be playing against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Two weeks after, September 28, the match will be between the Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Purdue Boilermakers.
On October 19, 2024, the legendary Purdue Boilermakers will be playing against the Oregon Ducks. And the last batch of football matches will be played on November 2 & 16, respectively.
