Matchbox Twenty is a rock band that came together in 1995 in Orlando, Florida. The band rose to fame after their debut album came out in 1996 and went 12x Platinum, otherwise known as Diamond, in the U.S. The album also had success in other countries. The group took a break in 2004 but reunited in 2007. Matchbox Twenty has been nominated for Grammy’s, American Music Awards, MTV Video Awards, and many others. Their fifth studio album came out in 2023.
