Dirty Heads is a reggae band that released its debut album in 2008. The group, which formed in Huntington Beach, California, released its most recent album in 2023. The band got together in 1996, drawing musical styles from the reggae and ska culture in Orange Country, California. One of the founding members had punk rock experience from a band he was in while the other had no music experience at all. They got together in a garage and started writing hip-hop songs with heavy punk and reggae influences. The band’s name came from the brothers in the band. Their family called them “dirty heads” when they were growing up. Members came and went and in 2007, they recorded a demo, which was released the next year.

It is not clear who opens for Dirty Heads this winter and into 2025 as they continue their touring, but the “Slightly Dirty Summer Tour” saw opening acts such as Common Kings, Slightly Stoopid, and The Elovaters.
Dirty Heads concerts can vary in length, but their November 8, 2024 concert is listed on setlist.fm shows that they played 22 songs. If each song was 3 minutes long, that would equal 66 minutes. Keep in mind that there’s audience interaction and breaks between songs, so their set was more likely 75-90 minutes. If they had an opening act, that would lengthen the show another 30 minutes or more.
The Dirty Heads’ setlist varies based on the venue, the city, and whether or not they have an opening act. Setlist.fm shows a little variance in their November 8 set compared to their September 12 show. Here is the list of songs they played at the Rise Up Music Festival on September 12, 2024, according to setlist.fm:
