The Elovaters is a reggae rock band that formed in 2014. The group, which hails from Boston, used to be called The Cornerstone. They were a 7-piece band that rose among the local concert scene. When they changed their name to The Elovaters and recorded their debut album, they titled it after their former band name. The album was released in 2017, with a second album following the next year. Their sophomore work debuted at number one on the Reggae Billboard chart and was voted Album of the Year as a people’s choice from Surf Roots TV & Radio.
