Tour Name: Love Earth World Tour 2025

North American Tour Dates: August 8, 2025-September 15, 2025

Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts are wrapping up their 2025 Love Earth World Tour this month after touring Europe in June and July and much of North America in August. The new group released their first studio album, Talkin To The Trees, in June, and their first single from the album, “Big Change,” came out back in January.

Young, who was one of the legendary members of the Sixties group Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young before emerging as a solo artist, founded the group which features Micah Nelson, Corey McCormick, Anthony Logerfo, and Spooner Oldham.

The Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts 2025 Love Earth World Tour started in Europe at Rättvik, Sweden, on June 18 and played the continent until July 8, with a show in Stuttgart, Germany. The North American leg started on August 8 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and will conclude this month at the historic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on September 15.

The social conscious tour is in support of sustainable food practices through HOMEGROWN Concessions. After the US leg ends, the Godfather of Grunge will play at the Farm Aid 40 Musical Festival in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on September 20, 2025.

The perpetually “Old Man” Neil Young will be turning 80 on November 12, 2025.

About Neil Young

Born Neil Percival Young on November 12, 1945, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Neil was the son of sportswriter and novelist Scott Young, and he first got into music in the 1960s by playing gigs in Winnipeg. Young moved to Los Angeles in 1966 with bassist Bruce Palmer to start a career as a Folk-Rock artist and formed the band Buffalo Springfield.

Young was also a member of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young before embarking on a career as a solo artist. Known for his wonderful lyrics, soulful voice, and killer guitar riffs, Young had a really nice solo breakthrough with his acoustic album Harvest Moon (1992), and 21 of his albums and singles have achieved either gold or platinum certification in the US.

He has received multiple Grammy and Juno Awards nominations and has put out a mind-boggling 49 studio albums in his six-decade musical career. A member of the board for Farm Aid, Young has actually been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame twice: as a solo artist (1995) and a member of Buffalo Springfield (2023).

Proud Canadian native Young was given the Order of Manitoba (2006), and he was also made an Officer of the Order of Canada (2009). He was ranked at No. 30 on Rolling Stone’s list of the “250 Greatest Guitarists of All Time.”

When Rolling Stone ranked its 100 Greatest Artists, Neil Young came in at a very respectable No. 34 due to his lengthy career and sheer number of great songs through the years playing with groups like Buffalo Springfield and Crosby, Nash, Stills & Young, as well as a solo artist.
