Papa Roach Unveils Plans For 2025 North America Tour

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of their 2000 album Infest, Papa Roach announced in November two separate legs of their Rise of the Roach North American tour in 2025 with Rise Against and special guests Underoath.

The tour, which will be produced by Live Nation, will be stopping in 30 cities across the US with the Spring leg running from March 20 to April 13 and the Fall leg going from September 10 through October 5.

“We can’t wait to bring the Rise of the Roach Tour to North America next year,” lead singer Jacoby Shaddix said. “

The Rise of the Roach Tour will kick off the spring leg at the Toyota Center in Houston on Thursday, March 20, and hit make stops in March in San Antonio (March 22), Dallas (March 23), Phoenix (March 25), San Diego (March 26), Los Angeles (March 28), Sacramento (March 29), and Portland, Oregon (March 31).

In April, the tour will head to Seattle and Climate Pledge Arena on Tuesday, April 1, Salt Lake City, Utah (April 3), Las Vegas (April 5), Denver (April 7), Kansas City, Missouri (April 9), Omaha, Nebraska (April 10), Green Bay, Wisconsin (April 12), before wrapping up at the Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota (April 13).

Papa Roach will return for the fall leg in September with dates in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Syracuse, NY, Wantagh, NY, Mansfield, Massachusetts, Washington, DC, Virginia Beach, Virginia, Allentown, Pennsylvania, Bangor, Maine, Cincinnati, Maryland Heights, Missouri, Indianapolis, Indiana, Tinley Park, Illinois, Clarkston, Michigan, and Rogers, Arkansas.

In October, the group will do concerts in Franklin, Tennessee, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Tampa, Florida with their final show at the iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Florida on Sunday, October 5.

Who Will be Backing Up Papa Roach on the Tour?

Backing up Papa Roach on the Rise of the Roach Tour will be two different rock acts, Rise Against and Underoath. Multi-Gold and Platinum Punk rockers Rise Against are from Chicago and were formed in 1999 and were signed by Fat Wreck Chords—co-founded by NOFX’s Fat Mike Burkett—and the group has released nine studio albums.

Rise Against—Tim McIlrath (vocals, bass), Joe Principe (vocals, lead guitar), Brandon Barnes (drums)—has had seven albums in the Top 50 on the Billboard 200 chart with five that made the Top 10. The group spent most of 2023 and 2024 in the studio.

“Rise Against are legends in their own right and will bring another dynamic to the tour,” Papa Roach frontman Shaddix said. “With both our bands celebrating our 25+ year legacy and deep catalogs, we are truly blessed to be able to put this show in front of fans.”

Underoath is a rock band from Tampa, Florida—where the tour will be stopping on Saturday, October 4 at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre—and like Rise Against, has released nine studio albums.

Papa Roach

Formed in 1993 in Vacaville, California, Papa Roach had an original lineup of Jacoby Shaddix (lead vocals), Jerry Horton (guitarist), Will James (bass), Dave Buckner (drums), and Ben Luther (trombone). James departed and was replaced by Toby Esperance.

The group has been nominated for two GRAMMYS and its first big hit was ”Last Resort”. The group created its own record label called New Noize Records and has put out 11 studio albums (below), one live album, 10 EPs, two compilation albums, 39 different singles, and 53 music videos.

Their last album was called Ego Trip and it currently has more than 850 streams around the world and produced four No. 1 singles. Papa Roach has now had 26 songs reach the Top 10 and an impressive 12 hit the No. 1 spot in the 25 years through the Rock, Alternative, and Hot AC musical genres.

The Rise of the Roach Tour was launched in Europe and the UK and sold out venues including Wembley Stadium in London where the group will be performing on Friday, February 7. After that, Papa Roach, Rise Against, and Underoath will play at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham, England (February 8) and M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool, England (February 9) on the Papa Roach Tour 2024.
