Zach Williams

Originating from Jonesboro, Arkansas, vocalist and songwriter Zach Williams spearheaded the Southern rock ensemble Zach Williams & the Reformation before transitioning to uplifting music in his solo venture, clinching a Christian chart-topper with 2016's Chain Breaker.

Following a captivating live performance at a Nashville penitentiary, his sophomore solo effort, Rescue Story (2019), soared to number two on the Top Christian Albums chart.

His third offering, A Hundred Highways (2022), introduced the acclaimed track Heart of Gold,maintaining his momentum with the subsequent release of the live concert compilation Austin City Limits Live at the Moody Theater in 2023.

Raised in Pensacola, Florida, Williams co-founded the Reformation alongside guitarist Josh Copeland, guitarist Robby Rigsbee, bassist Red Dorton, and drummer Creed Slater. Touring extensively across the South and occasionally in Europe, they independently produced two albums — Electric Revival (2009) and A Southern Offering (2011) — before disbanding in 2012.

Following the band's dissolution, Williams embraced his faith, assuming the role of worship leader at Jonesboro's Central Baptist Church in 2014. Transitioning to inspirational music, he inked a deal with Provident's Essential label, unleashing Chain Breaker in 2016, a chart-topping Christian anthem.

Capturing the essence of his live performances, the album Austin City Limits Live at the Moody Theater was released in June 2023, recorded during a tour stop in Austin, Texas.
