Mötley Crüe

Many a heavy metal band from the 1980s would like to claim to be the baddest bad boys of rock n’ roll, but they would have a long way to go to best Mötley Crüe. Hedonistic, wild, and provocative, Mötley Crüe have lived up to their name in every way on and off the stage, partying hard, marrying Pamela Anderson, thrashing stages worldwide. And their music is great too! To see Mötley Crüe on tour live in concert is truly an opportunity that should not be missed. Get your Mötley Crüe tickets from TicketX today!

Awards

Mötley Crüe has surprisingly only ever won one award, an American Music Award for Favorite Heavy Metal/Hard Rock Album for their album Dr. Feelgood, though they were also three times nominated for the Grammys. Knowing Mötley Crüe, however, they’re not really in it for the awards (I’ll leave it to your imagination what they’re in it for).

How did Mötley Crüe rise to fame?

Mötley Crüe first got together in 1981 in Hollywood, California, initially consisting of bassist Nikki Sixx, drummer Tommy Lee (of Pam Anderson fame…), guitarist Mick Mars and lead singer Vince Neil. Many other members have come and gone through the years, but all members except Mick Mars are still currently with the band, with the addition of John 5 in his place. Mötley Crüe first hit the heights with their first album Too Fast for Love and never looked back.

Past Mötley Crüe Collaborations

Mötley Crüe don’t really do that kinda thing (maybe all other bands are too afraid…).
