These Coupon Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use or attempt to use any coupon ("Coupon") issued by TicketX ("we", "us", "our"). By redeeming a Coupon, you agree to these Terms as well as TicketX's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Coupons are issued by TicketX for promotional purposes and may be applied to eligible ticket purchases made on the TicketX platform. Unless otherwise stated, Coupons may be used for any event ticket available on TicketX. Each Coupon is valid for a limited time, as specified in the offer.
Coupons can be used only once per user. Any remaining value after applying a Coupon cannot be carried over, refunded, or exchanged for cash. Only one Coupon may be used per order unless otherwise specified in the offer. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers, credits, or referral rewards.
Coupons may only be redeemed by users who are logged into a TicketX account. Coupons cannot be applied during Guest Checkout.
Coupons may be applied automatically based on specific criteria or must be entered at checkout before completing payment. If the order total exceeds the value of the Coupon, the remaining amount must be paid using an available payment method. Coupons cannot be applied to orders completed outside the TicketX platform or through third-party sellers.
Coupons:
Once a Coupon is applied to an order, it is considered fully used. If the order is changed or canceled—by you or the event provider—the Coupon will not be reinstated, refunded, or reissued.
Coupons expire on the date indicated in the offer. Unused Coupons past their validity period are forfeited.
Coupon values may be issued in a specific currency. If used in a different currency, a conversion rate will apply at the time of redemption.
TicketX reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Coupon if fraudulent or unauthorized use is suspected. We may cancel orders where multiple Coupons were improperly used.
TicketX may update these Terms at any time. For existing Coupons, the Terms in effect at the time the Coupon was issued will apply unless otherwise notified.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be removed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
