Eligibility & Conditions
For the Referred Friend
- Must be a new TicketX user.
- Promo code is valid for first purchase only.
- The 10% discount applies to purchases over $50 (up to a maximum of $20 off).
- The code cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions.
- Each new account can only use one referral code.
For the Referrer
- Must have a valid TicketX account with at least one completed purchase to be issued a referral code.
- You'll receive a $10 coupon once your friend successfully receives their ticket for their first event.
- Coupons can be used for purchases over $50 and are valid for 90 days from issue date.
- There's no limit to how many friends you can invite, each qualified referral can earn you a $10 coupon.
- Only one $10 coupon can be used per purchase. Multiple $10 off coupons cannot be combined.
Terms & Conditions
- Rewards are issued only after your referred friend's ticket has been successfully received and verified.
- If an order using your referral code is canceled, refunded, or not fulfilled, the corresponding reward will not be issued or may be revoked.
- Referral codes are for personal use only. You may not use your code for any commercial purpose or share it with the general public.
- Each user may have only one TicketX account. Creating multiple accounts to claim rewards is prohibited.
- TicketX may invalidate previously issued coupons, disqualify users from the referral program, or suspend or terminate accounts in its sole discretion if fraudulent activity is detected. Fraudulent activity includes any use of your code on another account you control, as well as the use of automated systems to create multiple accounts.
- Reward coupons cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash.
- TicketX reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or end the referral program at any time without notice. Coupons issued prior to the end of the program will remain valid until their stated expiration date.

Q. How do I find my referral code?
You can find your unique code in My Page → "Refer a Friend", or in your referral email from TicketX.
Q. When will I get my reward?
Within 24 hours after your friend confirms ticket receipt, once their purchase is verified and not refunded.
Q. What happens if my friend cancels?
The reward will not be issued or will be revoked.
Q. How many friends can I invite?
There's no limit — every qualified referral earns you a $10 coupon.
Q. How long is my coupon valid?
Your coupon is valid for 90 days after issuance and can be used on purchases over $50.
For Referred Friends
Q. Where do I enter the promo code?
Enter it on the checkout page under "Promo Code."
Q. Can I use it on my next purchase?
No — it's for first purchase only.
Q. What happens if I cancel my ticket?
The discount becomes void and cannot be reused.
