The West Virginia Mountaineers baseball program represents West Virginia University in NCAA Division I as a member of the Big 12 Conference, playing home games at Kendrick Family Ballpark in Morgantown, West Virginia. Established in 1892, the program is one of the oldest collegiate baseball programs in the country, having won 21 conference titles and made 16 NCAA Tournament appearances. Under head coach Steve Sabins, the Mountaineers have emerged as a national contender, winning the Big 12 regular season title in 2025 and reaching back-to-back Super Regionals in 2024 and 2025. The program has produced notable MLB alumni including Jedd Gyorko, John Means, and first-round draft pick Alek Manoah of the Toronto Blue Jays.
