About BalletNow

BalletNOW is a curated ballet gala program presented by Glorya Kaufman Presents Dance at The Music Center in Los Angeles. Launched in 2015 with American Ballet Theatre principals Roberto Bolle and Herman Cornejo, the program brings together elite dancers from the world's leading ballet companies for a limited engagement at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. Each edition is shaped by a guest curator: in 2017, New York City Ballet principal Tiler Peck became the first woman to curate the program, blending classical ballet with tap, hip-hop, and contemporary styles. In 2026, Paris Opera Ballet Etoile Hugo Marchand takes the helm. BalletNOW celebrates the diversity and virtuosity of ballet today, offering Los Angeles audiences rare access to international stars on a single stage.
