About Satori

Satori is the electronic music project of Dutch producer and live performer Djordje Petrovic, born to a Serbian father and South African mother and based in Nijmegen, Netherlands. A self-taught musician who began playing guitar at age 12 and piano at 18, Petrovic developed a deeply multicultural sound rooted in Balkan, Afrobeat, jazz, and world music influences. Known for a hypnotic, organic approach to electronic music that blends live instrumentation including piano, kora, kalimba, and guitar with electronic production, Satori broke onto the international scene in 2015 with his debut album In Between Worlds. He has since performed at major venues and festivals worldwide, including a celebrated residency at Ibiza's Cova Santa, earning a devoted following for his meditative, boundary-defying live shows.
