Loe Shimmy (born Shamar Williams Cox) is an American rapper from Pompano Beach, Florida, known for his laid-back delivery, distinctive nasal vocal style, and emotionally driven hip-hop. He began releasing music on SoundCloud in 2020, dropping the EPs Zombie Land and World War Z before his debut album Zuper PowerZ (2021) and Z End (2022). After a two-year hiatus following the death of his brother due to gun violence, he returned with a feature on Kodak Black's 2023 album Pistolz & Pearlz. His 2024 album Zombieland 2 marked his breakthrough, featuring "For Me," which debuted at number 78 on the Billboard Hot 100, and "3am" with Don Toliver. In 2025, he performed at Rolling Loud California, opened for Lil Baby, and was selected as an XXL Freshman, cementing his place as one of Florida's most promising rising rappers.
