Hezekiah Walker is a celebrated American gospel artist, songwriter, and Bishop born on December 24, 1962, in Brooklyn, New York, where he grew up in the Fort Greene housing projects. He founded the Love Fellowship Crusade Choir in his twenties while serving as a Pentecostal minister, later establishing Love Fellowship Tabernacle Church in Brooklyn in 1993. Over his remarkable career, Walker has earned two Grammy Awards and two Dove Awards, with his platinum-certified anthem Every Praise spending 75 weeks on the Hot Gospel Songs chart.
