About WWE Money In The Bank

WWE Money in the Bank is an annual professional wrestling event produced by WWE, held every year since 2010. Its signature feature is the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, a concept first introduced at WrestleMania 21 in 2005, in which multiple wrestlers compete to climb a ladder and retrieve a briefcase suspended above the ring. The briefcase contains a contract valid for one year, guaranteeing the holder a future championship match cashable at any time and place of their choosing. Since 2017, both men's and women's versions of the ladder match are featured at the event, alongside traditional championship bouts. Known for its high-risk maneuvers, dramatic moments, and surprise cash-ins, Money in the Bank has grown into one of WWE's five biggest annual events, streamed on WWE Network and Peacock.
