Justine Skye (born Justine Indira Skyers on August 24, 1995) is an American R&B singer, songwriter, and actress from Fort Greene, Brooklyn, New York. Born to Jamaican parents, she first gained widespread attention through Tumblr, where her cover of Drake's "Headlines" attracted millions of views and launched her music career. She signed with Atlantic Records at age 19 and released her debut EP Everyday Living in 2013, followed by her breakthrough single "Collide" featuring Tyga in 2014. After leaving Atlantic Records in 2016 she signed with Roc Nation and Republic Records, releasing her debut studio album ULTRAVIOLET in 2018 and the Timbaland-produced Space and Time in 2021. Her music blends R&B, pop, and hip hop influences with themes of love and empowerment.
