Las Vegas Festival Grounds

Capacity: 85,000

Opened: 9 May 2015

Address: 311 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89102, United States

Nestled along the vibrant Las Vegas Strip in Winchester, Nevada, the Las Vegas Festival Grounds is quite the expansive event space. Spanning 26 acres and claiming a capacity of 85,000, this open-air venue is one with enough room for excitement.

Originally launched in May 2015 with the Rock in Rio USA festival, it quickly became a hotspot for large-scale events. Undergoing a transformation in October 2015, the venue shed its MGM Resorts branding to embrace its identity as the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, reflecting a shift towards community-centric values.

In 2019, the property changed hands, with Phil Ruffin acquiring both the festival grounds and the adjacent Circus Circus hotel and casino.

Upcoming events at Las Vegas Festival Grounds

On Saturday, April 27th, the bold, dynamic sounds of Sick New World ignite the atmosphere with a night filled with energy and excitement. Then, on Saturday, May 4th, Lovers & Friends takes center stage with what can be described as a celebration of love and music.

The excitement doesn't end there. Come Saturday, October 19th, and Sunday, October 20th, the When We Were Young festival will bring together iconic artists and timeless hits for a weekend of nostalgia and musical magic.
