The Oregon Ducks softball program represents the University of Oregon in NCAA Division I as a member of the Big Ten Conference, playing home games at Jane Sanders Stadium in Eugene. The program made its first Women's College World Series appearance in 1976 and has since appeared nine times, including four trips in six years under former coach Mike White, who transformed the Ducks into a national powerhouse and guided them to their first national rankings and multiple Pac-12 championships beginning in 2010. Currently led by head coach Melyssa Lombardi, Oregon has been a national seed eight times and reached the WCWS semifinals in both 2014 and 2017, establishing the program as one of the West Coast's premier softball programs.
