Austin City Limits (ACL) is an annual music festival that takes place in Zilker Park, Austin, Texas. It was developed as part of a KLRU/PBS music series.  C3 Presents, the company behind the event, also hosts Chicago's Lollapalooza. ACL is hosted in two consecutive three-day weekends.

The multi-genre fest has eight stages. The music played spans rock, indie, country, folk, electronic, and hip hop. It operates from 10 am to 10 pm every day.  Approximately 450,000 people are said to attend the event every year to vibe to diverse sounds, taste food and beverages, purchase artworks and have fun with their children.

ACL’s first edition happened. in 2002. At the time, it  was a one weekend event. But has gradually been expanded to two weekends since 2013.  Some of the notable bands and artists to have graced the event include Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Cure, Arctic Monkeys, Guns N’ Roses and Paul McCartney.

The 2023 edition generated nearly half a billion dollars. Its $499.9 million in financial activity represented a 12 percent increase over the impact of the 2022 festival, with that figure equaling 3,766 full-time jobs in the local economy.

On 7 May 2024, the organizers put out the lineup for the event. This year's edition, as usual, will take place over two weekends: October 4-6 and October 11-13. The artists topping the bill include Dua Lipa, Tyler the Creator, Chris Stapleton, Blink 182, Sturgill Simpson, Pretty Lights, Khruangbin, and Leon Bridges. Others performing are Renee Rapp from the movie Mean Girls (2024), Tyla, Norah Jones, Chappell Roan, Orville Peck, Teddy Swims, among several other artists.
