About Easy Honey

Easy Honey is an indie rock band based in Charleston, South Carolina, originally formed at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. Co-frontmen Darby McGlone and Selby Austin began writing songs together in college, later adding Charlie Holt on drums and Webster Austin on bass. After recording their self-titled debut album in Nashville, the band relocated to Charleston's vibrant music scene, where they found a welcoming and communal artistic community. Their sound blends singer-songwriter folk roots with East Coast surf-rock, drawing inspiration from The Kinks, The Killers, and The Replacements. Known for witty, hook-filled melodies and a raucous yet sentimental live show, Easy Honey has steadily built a following through touring and festival appearances since 2022.
