Acrisure Stadium Rules

Navigating the Acrisure Stadium for any hockey game, concert, or family event is easy if you know the rules. The A-to-Z Guide has everything you need to know. Here are a few important items to note:

  • There are four entrances to the arena. The two main entrances are on the east side and the premium entrances are on the west side.

  • Alcohol cannot go into or out of the arena. Each guest may only buy two beverages.

  • Binoculars are allowed at most events.

  • This venue is cashless. Credit and Debit cards are the only accepted payments and photo IDs may be needed with those forms of payment.

  • Tickets are mobile and must be scanned for entry. Screenshots are not acceptable. Once a ticket is scanned, it cannot be used by anyone else, or for re-entry.

  • Download the Acrisure Stadium mobile app for more information on the rules and updated parking and ticketing details.

Acrisure Stadium Bag Policy

Guests can bring bags into the arena, but they must meet certain criteria, as follows.

  • Bags must be clear

  • They must be 14x14x6” or smaller

  • Bags must have 2 pockets or less

  • Clutches or Wallets must be 4.5x6.5” or less

  • No handles or straps are allowed on clutches

  • Medically necessary bags or diaper bags need supervisor approval

  • All bags are subject to a search upon entry

  • Any bag that does not meet these standards cannot come into the venue

Acrisure Stadium Seating

Seating configurations vary based on the type of event you are seeing. Football games have different seating levels than a concert, for example. Confirm your seat location on the Acrisure Stadium Seating Chart right here.

Acrisure Stadium Review

The Acrisure Stadium has a variety of different seating configurations and options. Here are a few reviews on various areas of the venue:

  • Section 519

    • Guests on A View From My Seat stated that this section had great access to the concourse and wasn’t too far from the field. The section’s view is behind one of the goal lines and off to the side a bit. Fans found it comfortable without any obstructions to the view.

    • The biggest complaint about this section is that it views the field from one side so fans sometimes miss the action happening at the other side of the field. They struggle to see details that occur near the other goal line.

  • Section 535

    • Fans sitting in this section stated that it held the ‘best seats ever.’ They appreciated that it was next to the stairs and had easy access to the restrooms, concessions, and other concourse items.

    • The biggest problem with this section is that the stair’s railing is a little bit in the way. However, most fans felt this option was better than having to try and view the game around someone’s head.

Since the maps vary based on the event, decide what angle you’d like and look for seats in those sections. If you’re coming for a concert, make sure your floor seats are close, or you are tall enough to see over others. For football, think about which angle you appreciate so you can make the most of your experience.
