The Ameris Bank Amphitheatre is a contemporary amphitheatre in Alpharetta, Georgia, a suburb just north of Atlanta. Fans can enjoy concerts, symphony shows, comedians, and musical artists at the venue, which opened in 2008. Ameris Bank Amphitheatre was first called Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre, but became Ameris Bank Amphitheatre in 2018.

All bags can be searched when you arrive. You may refuse that search, but the venue can also refuse entry to you. If anything is found in your bag that is not allowed, you put it back in your car or take it to Guest Services to check it in and retrieve it after the show.
Ameris Bank Amphitheatre wanted to reduce staff contact with any guests’ possessions, so there is a clear plastic bag policy in place. The bags may be no larger than 12x6x12”. The only exception is the diaper bag, which is allowed, but will be thoroughly searched and tagged upon entry. Small clutch bags, size 6x9” or smaller, are also allowed.

Ameris Bank Amphitheatre is located at 2200 Encore Parkway in Alpharetta, GA. Place that address into your GPS and it will get you to the venue. However, it is recommended to look up to various parking addresses so you can place the exact dress of the lot in which you want to park. There are limited signs for parking lots and having that exact address is very helpful. If you need driving directions, you can also call (404) 733-5010 and press 3.
On the “Know Before you Go” Page, check out the “Getting Here” box. You will be able to view the different parking lots and the full addresses of each lot.
There are many different lots and they all have different costs. General parking is the main parking area with clear signs and directions. The price for General Parking is $25 per car.
Preferred Parking helps you to get a closer space, but it costs $35.
There is also Accessible Parking, which is close to the accessible entrance. You are able to park there without charge, if you qualify.
There is even parking for RVs in designated lots. Parking costs for RVs is $50.
Some lots allow tailgating, but it is not allowed in Lots B or N.
There are not any direct lines of public transportation since the amphitheatre is located in a suburb of Atlanta. However, you can take a taxi directly to the venue, which takes you right to the door without worrying about parking.
Walking from an outside parking location is another option.

Lawn Experience
There is lawn seating available, but some of the seating is on a steep hill. There are two concrete seating regions at the bottom of the lawn, complete with a ramp. These are located on the East and West side. These seats are limited, general admission, and first come, first served. Guests can get padded folding chairs to sit in this area.
Parking
If you need accessible parking on the day of your event, let staff know and they can direct you. Parking is also first come, first served. If the accessible parking is full, staff will direct you to the next closing parking area. You can also ask for a golf cart to pick you up and deliver you to the venue, if needed. If you need accessible parking, it is best to arrive shortly after parking opens.
Extra Staff/Guest Services
If you need further help, there are staff members throughout the venue and Guest Service areas at the East and West Gates to aid you. You can get rides in available wheelchairs before or after any event.
Unexpected Needs
If you have an injury that doesn’t allow you to sit in your original seat, contact Fan Support in the Help section on the Live Nation website. There could be a limited number of accessible seats on the day of the show and those seats are not guaranteed to you.

There are listening devices available, but you should request your device at least 2 weeks ahead of your event. Call (404) 722-5010 and select 0 on the menu.
Interpreters
If you need to use an interpreter, contact the administration office at (404) 722-5010 and select 0 on the menu. You will need to already have a ticket purchased, but there is no charge for the interpreter’s services.
