Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre

Address: 6350 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard, Englewood, Connecticut, 80111 US

Seating capacity: 18,000

Open date: 11 June 1988

The Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre is the largest outdoor amphitheater in the Denver metro. This edifice opened on June 11, 1988, under its original name with a performance by Dan Fogelberg. However, in March 2004, the amphitheater changed its name to Coors Amphitheater. Unfortunately, Coors couldn't renew its sponsorship agreement so they lost ownership of the amphitheater.

Again, the amphitheater regained its original ownership which lasted for only a year. In 2010, it was renamed Comfort Dental Amphitheater. But, at the end of 2013, their contract expired and was not renewed. Once again, the amphitheater was renamed Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre to date.

This magnificent edifice was originally named by the Museum of Outdoor Arts (MOA) and coincidentally, they're also the owners. Initially, the amphitheater began as a large-scale earth sculpture with breathtaking mountain views and glassy slopes. To host symphonic music, concert series, and community festivals for local business owners.

However, between 2013 - 2014, the amphitheater was renovated with a total of $5 million. Over time, the amphitheater has evolved into what we have there today. As the amphitheater gained recognition, large promoters began hosting shows and concerts in it. The amphitheater has hosted international performing artists like Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan, Jimmy Buffet, Stevie Wonder, and the Who alongside other notable artists.

This venue can conveniently seat 18,000 guests without any technical glitches whatsoever. It had an optimum stage with standard sound and lighting systems. This has made the amphitheater a hot cake in Colorado for any type of entertainment and events.

During its renovation between 2013 - 2014, the venue took a facelift with the inclusion of artistic and architectural designs. So aside from enjoying a memorable concert experience at the amphitheater, guests get to explore the perfect blend of art and culture.
