Stifel Theatre is a civic performing arts building located in St. Louis, Missouri. Stifel Theatre was home to the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra from 1934 until the orchestra moved to Powell Hall in 1968. Stifel Theatre has hosted opera productions, Broadway shows, major touring concerts, and even presidential speeches. St. Louis Symphony Orchestra will annually show off the Stifel Theatre’s majestic interior with programs of epic scale and scope.

Stifel Theatre has been a cornerstone of the arts community, offering a diverse array of performances that range from music concerts and theater productions to film screenings and community events including The Rolling Stones, Matt Rife, Bob Dylan, Celtic Woman, Fifth Harmony and many more. Moreover, when the Peabody Opera House reopening on October 1, 2011, the grand reopening featured performances by notable personalities including Jay Leno, Aretha Franklin, and Chuck Berry. The event drew a capacity crowd of 3,100 attendees.
