A Day to Remember is a rock band that formed in 2003 in Ocala, Florida. Their sound is a mix of pop punk and metal core. The band’s debut album came out in 2005, and their second release in 2007. They then toured the UK and the U.S. and played festivals before releasing a third album. Since that time, they have toured the world, though they were involved in a lawsuit in 2011 with Victory Records regarding their recording contract. All of the members were in different bands before they came together in 2003. They played only 7 shows the first time they toured. They self-released an album in 2004 and sold it at their shows. The members formed the Self Help Fest in 2014, which they headlined along with other punk rock and metalcore bands.
