About Cane Hill

Cane Hill is an American heavy metal band formed in New Orleans, Louisiana, in 2011, consisting of vocalist Elijah Witt, guitarist James Barnett, bassist Ryan Henriquez, and drummer Devin Clark. The band named themselves after an abandoned psychiatric hospital in the United Kingdom. Known for a hard-hitting sound that blends nu metal, post-hardcore, industrial metal, and alternative metal with influences ranging from Pantera and Slipknot to hip-hop and indie rock, Cane Hill signed to Rise Records in 2015 and released their self-titled debut EP that same year. Their debut full-length album Smile followed in July 2016, produced by Drew Fulk. Their sophomore album Too Far Gone (January 2018) became their most commercially successful release, topping Billboard's Heatseekers Chart and reaching number eight on Billboard's Independent Albums Chart. After departing Rise Records in 2019, the band continued to evolve independently, releasing EPs including Kill the Sun (2019), Krewe De La Mort Volume 1 (2021), and Krewe D'Amour Volume 2 (2022). Their third studio album A Piece of Me I Never Let You Find was released on November 1, 2024. The band has shared stages with Hollywood Undead, the Acacia Strain, blessthefall, and For the Fallen Dreams.
