About Sleep Theory

Sleep Theory is an American rock band from Memphis, Tennessee, formed in 2019 by vocalist Cullen Moore, a US Army veteran. The band consists of Moore on vocals, Daniel Pruitt on guitar, Paolo Vergara on bass, and Ben Pruitt on drums. Known for blending heavy metal, metalcore, R&B, and pop into a dynamic and emotionally charged sound, the band draws comparisons to Linkin Park and Bring Me the Horizon. They first gained widespread attention when their debut single "Another Way" went viral on TikTok, garnering half a million views within 36 hours of its release. Their debut EP Paper Hearts, released in 2023 on Epitaph Records, generated over 33 million streams in its first few months. Their debut full-length album Afterglow followed in May 2025. The band has toured with Shinedown, Falling in Reverse, Papa Roach, and The Used, and has been named an Artist to Watch by Amazon Music, Loudwire, and Revolver.
