Capacity: 19.500
Opened: July 4, 1991
When it was built in 1991, it was originally known as the Blockbuster Pavillion, but today, this magnificent structure has become the PNC Music Pavillion. Beyond its attractive appearance, the venue’s location and history have contributed to its extended success.
Over the years, this center has been used to host banquets, conferences, graduation ceremonies, corporate events, and many more. But among all the events held at the music pavilion, the entertainment concerts and shows draw the largest crowds.
The PNC Music Pavilion hosts outdoor events in its open-air amphitheater, which has seats for 19,500 people. There is also a VIP club for smaller groups to meet and have intimate discussions or experiences. For many years, this group has brought big events to Charlotte, and you can join the next one with a cheap ticket from TicketX.
Open-air events are always very attractive to musicians on tour, and this venue’s location has made it a destination for most concerts coming to Charlotte, North Carolina. Premium entertainers like 50 Cent, Bob Dylan, Brad Paisley, Britney Spears, Chance the Rapper, Elton John, and Coldplay have all performed here.
The fun has continued into 2024, and these are some of the events you can look forward to attending at the PNC Center.
