Scope Arena

Located in the small Virginia city of Norfolk near the shores of Chesapeake Bay, Scope Arena is a multi-use arena featuring a thin-shell concrete dome roof that has been home to minor league and college hockey, basketball, indoor soccer, and arena football teams over the years. The last of these, the Norfolk Admirals of the ECHL (affiliated with the NHL’s Winnipeg Jets), still play their home games in the venue. These days, Scope Arena is best known as a popular venue for large-scale concerts, comedy shows, and other live performances, with its size and location making it an appealing stop for many world class touring acts.
