Black Stone Cherry is a hard rock band that formed in 2001 in Edmonton, Kentucky. The group has released eight studio albums and two EPs. Their latest album was released in 2023. While some of the group members played together as teens, the group formed in 2001 and took over the practice house The Kentucky Headhunters used since 1968. They started recording tracks and holding shows in area clubs, gathering a following. Their first demo came out in 2003, but they released their first album in 2006.
