This Denver arena also houses the Colorado Mammoth team of the National Lacrosse League. The groundbreaking took place in 1997 and the venue was completed in 1999. The atrium holds a sculpture of basketball and hockey players in action poses. In addition to sports for home teams, the arena also hosts professional wrestling shows, concerts, comedians, and a variety of other events.
Ball Arena wants to ensure safety while providing world-class entertainment. Here are some of the rules to follow when attending an event:

Shirts are required and guests with offensive clothing or body art can be denied entry
You must sit in the seat you are assigned, as read on your ticket
No smoking is allowed in the arena
Touchless tickets are available to download onto your phone, as are parking passes
No re-entry is allowed without a second ticket
If events are rescheduled, no refunds are issued. If they are cancelled, you may exchange tickets for tickets for other events.
Check for additional rules and regulations on the FAQ page of the arena website.

Medical bags smaller than 14x14x6” are allowed, but must be searched before entering the venue.
Configuration of seats may vary between events so make sure to check the arena’s event maps to confirm your seat location on the Ball Arena Seating Chart.
The arena hosts a number of different events and the seating chart varies based on those events. The most common seating charts are for these events:
Hockey
Basketball
Lacross
Concerts
There are seats in suites and theatre boxes, upper and lower levels, and there is also ADA seating available.
A View From My Seat shows different seats for various events at the Ball Arena. Here are some seating areas and what fans and guests had to say about those sections.
Section 302 (for a Concert)
Fans found this seat to be a decent view of the stage. It was situated off to the side but gave them a good vantage point on the action.
The speakers were very close to this section, so while fans could see, some found the section unbearably loud and wished for earplugs.
Section 108 (for Basketball)
The first row of the section was close to the tunnel by the visitor’s bench. Fans found that being close to the bench gave them a cool experience.
The seats did not have cup holders, which some guests found a disadvantage for this section.
Section 304 (for Hockey)
This center-ice view was a great place to see both goals and enjoy the action in the middle.
There was a railing/pole in the center of the viewpoint, which blocked part of the ice from fans who sat there.

Some lots have credit and debit options while others only take cash so unless you know which is which, bring both. You can pay for parking ahead of time when you get your tickets if you wish to do so. That will help to guarantee you a spot in the lot of your choice.
Each parking lot costs a different amount, as follows:
Toyota Camry VIP Lot: $20-35, depending on the event type
Toyota 4Runner Lot: $20-35
Toyota Tacoma Lot: Not available to the public
Toyota Tundra Lot: $20-35
Elitch Gardens Lot: $30-35, this lot is managed separately from the arena

If you take a Rideshare option, the drop-off and pick-up area is only along Auraria Parkway between 9 and 11 Streets. There’s also a roundabout on 9th Street, which works well for ADA Rideshares.
