Mild Minds, real name Benjamin David, is an LA-based producer born in Melbourne, Australia. His first album came out in 2020 and included 9 tracks of lo-fi dance. The album dives into the state of international affairs in an introspective manner. Fans appreciated the experimental genres and tempos as Mild Minds showcased fragile human emotions intensely. After cementing his ambient electronic brand with the album, he received a Grammy nomination. Mild Minds took his professional name when he had an epiphany that led him to create and experiment with music outside of his normal bounds. When he created his first EP, the music was introspective, but danceable at the same time. He has since toured the US and joined other producers onstage at famous music festivals.
