Air Supply

Even if you are too young to have heard of Air Supply, you’ve probably still heard the music of this Australian soft rock duo, which has been ubiquitous as background music for innumerable romantic comedies and weddings since the 1970s. Composed of singer and guitarist Graham Russell and singer Russell Hitchcock, Air Supply like to sing about love, a lot (to name one of their songs that doesn’t have love in the title is a bit of a game, actually). Now nearing a half-century since they first formed as a band, Air Supply are still doing what they do best, making music for those who want to fall in love again.

Air Supply 2024 Tour

Tour Name: The Lost in Love Experience

Tour Dates: January 19-November 30

Air Supply have been performing more or less continuously since 2022 on what they call the The Lost in Love Experience, essentially a tour that includes short residencies, cruises, and conventional concerts. With a large following worldwide, particularly in countries throughout Southeast Asia, the duo have toured all over the world. Their current US tour will soon be heading to the Riverside Casino & Golf Resort in Riverside, Iowa on June 14, followed by stops at such spots as Blue Note Hawaii (Honolulu, HI), Ocean Casino Resort (Atlantic City, NJ), and Buffalo Thunder Resort Casino (Santa Fe, NM). Air Supply’s last concert listed on their tour is at the Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank, New Jersey on November 30, though they have been known to add dates or extend tours (check back on TicketX for updates).

Air Supply are all about nostalgia for the 1970s and 80s, reminding their fans what it felt like to be young (and of course, in love). Tickets to the Air Supply concerts on their upcoming tour will be in high demand. To make sure you don’t miss Air Supply live in concert, head to TicketX for all the cheapest Air Supply tickets. Air Supply Upcoming Events

Air Supply seem to have a non-stop list of concerts this year, leaving little time for any other events. It is always possible that the band might announce more shows, so check back on TicketX for updates on additional Air Supply appearances (as well as all the cheapest tickets!).

Air Supply’s 2024 net worth and annual income

According to the website Celebrity Net Worth, Graham Russells net worth is estimated at $12 million while Russell Hitchcock’s net worth is estimated at about $10 million. With over 100 million records sold worldwide, the band banked much of its wealth in its early heyday, continuing to accumulate more since through sold out concerts, online media, merchandise sales, and endorsements.

Calculating Air Supply’s exact annual income is invariably difficult, but we can see that their songs are streamed close to 1.5 million times per day, according to Spotify’s estimate from June 8, 2024. This would suggest that streaming brings in nearly $6,000 per day for the band, leading to $2.2 million of annual income from streaming alone.

Air Supply are also reported to make something in the vicinity of $25,000 per concert appearance (estimates vary). With something in the vicinity of 100 concerts scheduled for 2024, live performances should allow the group to rack up at least $2.5 million this year.

If we factor in merchandising, endorsements, royalties, and other sources of income, Air Supply should stand to make at least $5 million of income in 2024.

Fans should know that attempting to estimate annual income and net worth is extremely difficult due to the complex nature of income from so many sources, including ticket sales, recording royalties, assets, merchandising, and endorsements. Most financial information is also kept private and not released to the general public.
