Rock The South

Honored as one of the most renowned country music festivals in the United States, Rock The South festival emerged as a 3-day event, acting as a pulley for fundraising money to cater to the victims of the Tornado Super Outbreak in Alabama in 2011.

In this way,  The Premier Productions and The 46 Entertainment, through Shane Quick, deemed it fit to curb the devastating effect of the tornado, debuting Rock The South Fest in 2012. The celebration initially went by the name Youthquake and has since lived up to its name by amassing $600,000 for tornado victims.

And although the event made a pause in 2020 due to the widespread Coronavirus, just like that of the Watershed Music Festival, Rock The South festival remains one of the anticipated shows in Alabama that leaves concert-goers in suspense.

Rock The South Dates, Lineups and Location

When Rock The South festival premiered in 2012, it had 10,000 attendees. Only just last year, the event was marked as one of the most significant occasions in the southern United States of America. Top names like Chris Stapleton, Riley Green, Zach Bryan, Travis Tritt, Cody Johnson, Mackenzie Carpenter,  and Bailey Zimmerman made headlines. Drake Milligan, Jo Dee, Ella Langley, and Chase Matthew made it to the lineups, with the show roofing 35,000 concert-goers.

For its 2024 counterpart, Rock The South will paint red, the city of Cullman, Alabama. The show, dated July 18 to 20, will have Eric Church, Jell Roll, and Hardy featured as core headliners. The event will also welcome Parker McCollum, Dee Jay Silver, Oliver Anthony, RevivalKidd, Warren Zeiders, Alana Springsteen, and Flatland Cavalry to have the atmosphere buzzing.

Of course, Big & Rich, Treaty Oak, Gretchen Wilson, Wyatt Flores, Priscilla Block, and NellyNate Smith will also grace the stage for the 3-day fest.

How Much Are Tickets for Rock The South

The price attached to Rock The South tickets is subject to many factors, such as the calibre of the artists on stage and the venue of the fest. Every other time, the season of the year would be vested with a considerable role to play in the fluctuation of ticket tours. However, the ticket cost for heading to the Rock The South concert is priced at $209.

Shane Quick of the Premier Production hammers on the pros of leaving the ticket cost for Rock The South at a low rate. Subscribing to it as the explanation for the show's success in recent years, he remarks that it will engage gross hardship to fix ticket tours at $300 for the average citizen in Alabama.
