Fruition is an American Americana and roots-rock quintet from Portland, Oregon, formed in 2008. The band consists of three co-founding singer-songwriters — Jay Cobb Anderson (vocals, lead guitar, harmonica), Kellen Asebroek (vocals, piano, organ, guitar), and Mimi Naja (vocals, mandolin, guitar) — alongside bassist Jeff Leonard and drummer Tyler Thompson. The band formed when Anderson and Asebroek joined Naja busking on Portland street corners, and their three-part vocal harmony became their defining signature. Known for blending folk, soul, blues, bluegrass, gospel, and rock, Fruition built their career through relentless touring and festival appearances at SXSW, Red Rocks, and the Great American Music Hall. Their studio albums include It Won't Be Long (2012), Just One of Them Nights (2013), Labor of Love (2016), Watching It All Fall Apart (2018, produced by Grammy winner Tucker Martine), the two-part Wild as the Night / Broken at the Break of Day (2020), and How to Make Mistakes (2024). Their eighth album Something More, again produced by Tucker Martine, is set for release on August 28, 2026.
