Colter Wall is a musician, singer, and songwriter from Canada and the son of politician Brad Wall. He’s known for his narrative songwriting and gruff baritone voice. His genres include folk, western, and country styles. Wall released his first EP in 2015, and his debut self-titled album came out in 2017. His second album followed the next year, and his third in 2018. He also had a release in 2020 and 2023, and his next album is set for 2025. Wall was born in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, where he graduated from high school in 2013 and went on to University, where he made demos of songs. He decided to take a break from school in 2015 and released his first EP. Wall describes his music as a blend of Americana, folk, and blues. Three of his songs were used in season four of Yellowstone, and his music can also be heard on the Netflix series Kaos.
