Kygo is the professional name for Kyrre Gørvell-Dahll, a Norwegian record producer. He first received fame on an international level when he remixed Ed Sheeran’s “I See Fire” in 2014. In 2015, he gathered over 1 billion streams on Spotify, setting a record for being the fastest artist to do so. He had 2 billion streams by the next year. His debut album came out in 2016, and he has released albums regularly since. His most recent release was his self-titled album, which came out in 2024.
