About Adams Event Center

Adams Event Center, located at the University of Montana in Missoula, stands as a prominent entertainment venue against the backdrop of Mount Sentinel, serving the Western Montana community since the 1950s. Named in honor of Harry F. Adams, a dedicated servant to the university for 44 years, the center underwent a significant $15 million renovation in 1998. This upgrade enhanced the arena and added facilities including the East and West Auxiliary Gyms and the Grizzly Hall of Champions, expanding its capacity to host a wide range of events. Today, the Adams Center is a vital hub for entertainment, accommodating everything from Grizzly Athletics and university events to concerts, trade shows, live theater, and conferences. With the addition of the Max and Betty Swanson Sky Club, it offers a versatile venue for mid-sized gatherings, featuring a wet bar overlooking the arena.
